Minted is a software-as-a-service analytics and attribution platform for WooCommerce stores. The Service provides real-time visitor tracking, sales dashboards, customer relationship management, and marketing attribution tools via a web application and JavaScript tracking snippet.
To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

The Service is offered on a subscription basis through Paddle, our payment processor. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees for your chosen plan. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Minted tracking snippet complies with applicable privacy laws in your jurisdiction, including providing appropriate disclosures to your website visitors.
The Service, including all code, design, logos, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Minted. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.
You retain ownership of all data you provide to or collect through the Service ("Your Data"). We do not sell, share, or monetise Your Data. We process Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice of planned downtime where possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Minted shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless you request earlier deletion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
