If you are not satisfied with Minted for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. No questions asked.
To request a refund, email support@useminted.com with your account email. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.
All payments are processed through Paddle, our merchant of record. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider but are typically 5-10 business days.

If you downgrade your plan mid-cycle, the new pricing takes effect at the start of your next billing period. If you upgrade, you will be charged a pro-rated amount for the remainder of the current period.
